I am a 74-year-old man who used to suffer gastrointestinal bleeding and spent millions of Baht on my medical bills. My kids were so concerned about me, so they convinced me to join Fitness First. After 3 BodyFirst sessions, I realized that having a PT is very crucial to my stronger health that could be achieved in a short amount of time. I am now stronger than ever and I just easily did a 1,500 km bike tour through 4 European countries and a 50 km mountain climb. I plan to take adventurous trips like this every year. Now my kids are at ease and very happy with my turnaround to a healthy dad!

As a sports journalist, I get to attend functions and parties quite a lot. And as we all know that these types of events usually have a great variety of food, something of which I enjoy very much. I would eat every nice thing and wasn’t too worried about overweight I was despite having other people telling me about it. One day I work up gasping for air as I couldn’t breathe and I was so frightened. That was my wake up call and I decided to control my diet and start exercising. Thank to my PT who has helped and supported me along my journey, I have dropped from 120 kg to 60 kg. I have come such a long way, and I have no one to thank but me who never gave up. If I can do it, so can you.

I did my first marathon 20 years ago and I got to the finish line barely alive since I didn’t have proper knowledge about it and wasn’t well prepared for it. I didn’t feel like doing much exercise then till the recent marathon booming which got me interested in it again. I wanted to do at least 50 km Ultra Trail run which would require the ultimate endurance and readiness of my body. So I decided to train with Fitness First’s PT and the first few attempts I couldn’t reach the finish line. But I never gave up training and I just recently completed the Ultra Trail Mt. Fuji '18 covering the total distance of 167 km, 8,037 meters of cumulative altitude and the 170 km Ultra-Trail Mont Blanc.
