• SURGE’s structure is made of classic circuit training but the workout is anything but old school. What takes SURGE and you to the next level is the SkillMill, a fitness machine that will push your body to peak performance. Essentially, a curved treadmill with variable resistance, it brings a whole new dimension to your workout by forcing the body to engage the core and driving energy from the legs
