Improve your agility and speed in a workout inspired by Thai martial arts. You block, kick and punch, working your whole body and especially hip rotations, which are key for all the moves. You’ll learn the basic techniques of Muay Thai and work both your upper and lower body. We’ll increase the intensity of each move as the class progresses to keep challenging you. You’ll build strength, coordination and power while getting an intense core workout at the same time. During class, we’ll show you how to adjust each move to fit your fitness experience and level.
