These classes are specially arranged for expecting moms, but also open for the beginners and regular members!
Here’s how it works:
Two instructors lead the class while one focuses on the pregnancy/beginner’s option and the other conducts the class as normal. Mothers-to-be and beginners can enjoy the exercise benefit with one instructor providing a special attention to them in a regular class.
