Your membership includes

Two free 45-minute Introductory sessions with a Personal Trainer

These sessions include a body composition assessment and 2 pre-planned workouts to help you get started in your fitness journey at our clubs.

Entry to all our clubs

Join on a Passport membership and get access to more than 91 Fitness First clubs throughout Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. We’re open long hours, 7 days a week so you never have an excuse not to train.

Use of our modern and innovative equipment and facilities

We have the latest machines for cardio exercise and weight training as well as Freestyle training innovations such as Kettlebells and Suspension Exercise, offering variety to keep you motivated.

A wide variety of Group Exercise classes in every club

Fun, motivating and social, our wide variety of Group Exercise classes make it easy to reach your fitness goals. Freestyle Group Training, Pro-Cycling, Zumba, BodyPump, Yoga and more - they're all free to our members. Plus, we release new classes regularly to keep things fresh and interesting.

Freestyle Team Workout

Join our Freestyle Group Training workouts where a qualified trainer will take groups of up to 4-8 fellow club members through a fun, interactive 30 minutes or more structured workout on the gym floor.

Enjoy complimentary beverages and browse through magazines and newspapers at our relaxing members’ lounge. We also provide exercise kit*, towel* and DVD/VCD movie library. Selected clubs offer free Wi-Fi access and Internet stations. (*For Platinum clubs)
